Industrial operator · AI builder · P&L leader

Industrial leadership and hands-on AI systems-building rarely sit in the same person.

25 years of industrial P&L leadership. Hands-on AI systems-building. The combination is rare — and that is where the operating leverage lives.

The thesis

Workflow first. Technology second. Value always.

AI becomes valuable when it attaches to a real operating rhythm: the forecast, the proposal, the service call, the customer conversation, the margin review, the weekly operating meeting.

That is the opportunity for industrial companies. Not another AI pilot deck. Not generic automation. Useful systems inside the workflows that move revenue, margin, service execution, and management visibility.

I work at that intersection: industrial operating experience deep enough to know where value gets created, and hands-on AI fluency strong enough to build what the business actually needs.

Where AI creates industrial value

The best opportunities sit close to the numbers executives already manage.

Commercial acceleration

  • Account planning
  • Proposal / RFP support
  • Pipeline inspection
  • Distributor enablement

Give commercial teams better preparation, faster response cycles, and clearer visibility into the deals that matter.

Service execution

  • Service-ticket triage
  • Technician enablement
  • Field knowledge capture
  • Escalation discipline

Help service teams solve faster, reuse expert knowledge, and protect customer trust at the point of execution.

Customer and installed-base intelligence

  • Customer history
  • Asset data
  • Whitespace
  • Buying signals

Turn scattered customer information into a usable operating picture for sales, service, and leadership teams.

Margin and forecast visibility

  • Forecast inspection
  • Margin leakage
  • Pricing discipline
  • Exception alerts

Help leaders see risks and opportunities earlier, before they become quarter-end surprises.

Executive operating cadence

  • Briefings
  • Dashboards
  • KPI monitoring
  • Decision support

Turn fragmented reporting into one management rhythm that helps leaders run the business.

Working systems

Proof that I do not just talk about AI value creation.

The systems on this site are capability proof: working examples of workflow orchestration, decision support, monitoring, customer intelligence, and governed automation. Each case shows the same pattern: start with a workflow, build a useful system, put controls around it, and translate the result into business value.

HouseHQ

Household command center that demonstrates workflow orchestration, adoption-ready UX, reminders, receipts, planning, and daily briefings in one governed operating system. The business translation: fragmented workflows become one command center with visibility, automation, and daily operating discipline.

  • · Operating cadence pattern
  • · Reminder + briefing workflows
  • · Adoption-ready UX

SignalForge

A signal-detection and market-intelligence platform that turns noisy external data into timely decision support. The business translation: better signals, surfaced earlier, in a format that supports commercial action.

  • · Customer intelligence pattern
  • · High-volume data processing
  • · Decision support workflow
LIVECase · 03

Beacon

A recurring signal-capture pipeline that turns external data into structured intelligence for downstream decision support and monitoring systems. The business translation: repeated signal capture becomes a usable operating asset.

  • · Signal capture pipeline
  • · Structured intelligence
  • · Decision support inputs

Nexus

A live command center for system health, alerts, lifecycle status, and operating visibility. The business translation: one operating picture for the work that matters, with alerts when something needs attention.

  • · Executive operating cadence
  • · Exception management
  • · Alerts + health checks

Harvest

An autonomous execution system that puts a defined workflow on a schedule, monitors live state, and uses circuit-breakers when conditions move outside boundaries. The business translation: automation that includes controls, escalation rules, and operating discipline.

  • · Scheduled execution
  • · Live state monitoring
  • · Risk controls + circuit-breakers

How I work

I bring the operator’s judgment and the builder’s speed.

I do not start with tools. I start with the bottleneck. Where is the team losing time? Where is margin leaking? Where is customer knowledge trapped? Where are decisions being made too late? Where is the management rhythm too slow, too manual, or too dependent on heroics?

Then I translate the workflow into a system small enough to prove value fast. The technology matters. The operating model around the technology matters more.

I am exploring VP/GM-level opportunities and executive value-creation conversations where industrial leadership and practical AI fluency both matter.

Best fit: industrial services, specialty chemical, energy-adjacent industrial, and engineered-product businesses where sales execution, service operations, margin discipline, and operating cadence create enterprise value.
